BOOK SYNOPSIS
Nigel Mansell was one of the most fearless and exciting racing drivers of all time, and his skills took him to 31 grand prix victories and the World Championship in 1992, when he won the title despite driving the whole season with a broken foot.
Now, in this compelling memoir, Mansell looks back on the great rivalries of his career, as well as giving his thoughts on the current state of the sport. He takes the reader on a vivid ride in the cockpit of an F1 car, and explains how he coped with the constant threat of death or serious injury. But there is much more to Mansell's story than motorsport, as the definitive account of his life and (very fast) times shows.
